Final payment is accepted in Cash, Zelle, or through the booking app. ⏱️ Grace Period There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you must reschedule with a new deposit. No extra guests allowed. 💅 Appointment Prep • Please arrive with clean lashes — free of makeup, oils, or residue. • Fills are for returning clients only. You must have at least 50% of your lashes intact or it will be booked as a full set. 📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations • No-call/no-show = full service charge. • Cancellations within 24 hours = full charge. • If you need to reschedule, please reach out — I completely understand! ⚡ Squeeze-In Appointments Need a last-minute slot? Squeeze-in appointments are available for an extra $25 fee. Hey babe! Before you book, here’s the fine print to keep things running smooth:
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your total and ensures your time is locked in!
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may be blocked from future bookings.
• Running late? Let me know! After 15 minutes with no communication, your appointment may be canceled.
• Arrive with clean lashes—free of makeup, oils, or residue—for the best results!
